With AI, everything changes. It's like having smart machines that can help lay the bricks and even design some parts of the city themselves. AI is transforming developers from mere coders into architects of complex, dynamic systems. Imagine having a bulldozer instead of a shovel. 

Developers today look beyond individual algorithms. It's like overseeing not just one building but an entire city’s infrastructure, from streets to power lines.

Likewise, the role of the consultant is shifting from being the primary source of expertise to becoming facilitators who integrate AI into business processes. Instead of providing static advice, they must now evolve to help organizations harness AI’s power to continuously learn from data and adapt strategies instantaneously.

In this new paradigm, consultants need to transform. They must focus on helping businesses implement and optimize AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation that capitalizes on these tools. They also need to specialize in areas where human judgment and AI intersect, such as in ethical considerations and change management.
