In competitive bodybuilding, it is a well-established fact that growth potential is determined by the quality of the competitor's skeletal structure. Schwarzenegger's broad shoulders and narrow waist contributed to his iconic "V-taper" physique. Another example is Ronnie Coleman, whose unique skeletal structure, characterized by long muscle bellies, allowed him to develop incredibly full and round muscle mass, particularly in areas like his biceps and chest. This is also true in entrepreneurship. Culture is NOT the soul of an organization. Nor is it the skeleton. It is muscle. Culture can grow. And atrophy. First principles are the skeletal soul of an organization, that underpin the architecture of everything else that venture capital eventually adds. Or removes.
