Does it scale? No other question has proven to be as useless as this one. Since the inception of time, no business idea has ever failed (or failed to scale) on paper. For scalability, is neither a skill issue, nor a knowledge issue. Scalability is a DRIVE issue. A MISSION issue. Wiom's mission to fulfill 500 million dreams in the next 5 years, is, by all means, scientifically absurd. But, that's precisely why it is CORRECT. Scalability is a by-product of conviction. For instance, scaling tech infrastructure, requires frequent re-writes of the core codebase from scratch - which is painful, and messy. That's 100% okay. Scaling a consultancy business, requires being ruthless about ensuring consistent labour driven output - which is also painful, and messy. That's also 100% okay. Do the right thing, avoid BS dark patterns - for scalability is NOT a real problem. It is, simply, the reward of consistently doing the right things, for the right reasons. Then, only then, will scalability find you at the right time. SpaceX would have been a very different company had their mission not been to make life multiplanetary. We also, likely would have been stuck with crappy ML approaches, if OpenAI did not shoot for AGI. Arguably, the only thing scalability has a strong positive correlation with, is - NOT the tech stack, or the mathematics of the idea - but, the inherent absurdity of the mission.
