One of the best quips of 2024 is the line 'psychology is more infectious than the flu'.

This is not just a clarion call to prevent the infiltration of bad psychology (tardiness, untimeliness, fear) - but also a sobering acknowledgment of the current state of psychology.

Just because it isn't broken doesn't mean it's good enough. And just because it is good enough doesn't mean it can't get better.

Most scaling problems cannot be transcended without scaling psychology. Detachment from the current paradigm may be an academic construct - but to execute it requires exertion of the psychological detachment muscle.
